Sun Island Explorer I Half Day (IS -1)
Cruise in our safe fast crafts from Copacabana to Isla del
Sol.
Feel the experience to sail in a real totora reed raft in
Sicuani bay. The natives from the island inherited this ancient technique from the
experienced totora weavers in the nearby Suriqui Island. These skills artisans build the
"Kon Titi " that travel the Pacific Ocean.
Visit to Pilkokayna and Escalera del Inca (Sacred steps).
Ascending the steps we can find the fountain. Many people believe this place was dedicated
to a particular cult of water. Modern traditions agree that if you drink this water you
can prolong the youth. The water that emanate from the fountain has three different
flavors, if you are whiling to taste it .... Yumani village from where you will enjoy the
breathtaking views.

- Same program as IS-1 including a short hike.
- Five hours hike from Yumani to Challa and Challapampa
following a path that winds through villas and Inca terraces. In these small
village, you will have the opportunity to know the way of life, their surroundings and
beliefs. Visiting on the way the feather art museum.
- Cruise to la Chincana.
Titicaca Explorer.Full Day (IS-
3)
- Same program as IS-1 including Sampaya village.
- Cruise from Sicuani to Sampaya dock.
- Short hike to Sampaya, a little pre-Columbian town which
is built entirely of stone. You will admire the Terraces, a miracle of farming
technology dating from the pre-Columbian era and actually still used for agriculture
today.
